One of the partners, Dominique Lautier, is a MBA graduate from TUCK SCHOOL at DARTMOUTH COLLEGE (TUCK 70).

LMA main specialty is Operations Management but we have expanded our activities to include many aspects of the strategy of the industrial firm.

One of LMA main lines of business is to audit industrial firms to assess their strengths and weaknesses in a merger or acquisition situation.

We also work for venture capital firms to help them appraise the business plans of investment prospects.

LMA has an international background, having completed assignments abroad, in Europe and the US and having worked for foreign companies in France.

We feel we can be helpful to a foreign company which plans to do business in France and needs help in understanding the French economic environment or, more generally, needs assistance to start a venture here, by way of an acquisition or otherwise.
